Good evening happy crafters.
It's time once again for me to enter blogland and another super challenge over at Left Of Center.
We've had several milestones birthdays in the family so far this year.........a 40th, 16th, 60th and on Saturday it's our nephews 18th.
As luck would have it LOC theme this week is "For The Boys"...............perfect :-)
As usual I love square cards, this is 7 x 7. Mat and layered with no particular papers, just bits and bobs from my stash. I've got a couple of really cool cob webby spider type rubber stamps that I got from a little craft shop in Whitby a few years ago. So I used one of them on the corners of the blue paper (just a shame they mostly got covered up).
The image I chose for him is Zombie Clown from The Goblyn Workshop. I think he'll love it as he's done several of the zombie walks in Manchester...........that's definitely his thing, as well as playing the drums.
I've coloured the image with my promarkers and lightly distressed the edges with Tim Holtz black soot ink pad.
His card wasn't finished off too fussy..................I don't think too many 18 year old boys like paper flowers and ribbons. Just a little skull type charm and my cobweb corner die always comes in handy.
Thanks once again for stopping by, come back soon ;-) xx
Oh my creepiness...this card is perfect for the Left of Center "for the boys" challenge. It is male inspired and also "left of center". Great digi and layout! Wendy, DT
