Well, it's been a long time! My new years resolution of blogging alot more didn't go so great, I started off so well then life just gets in the way making me all busy. So once again let me try and pick up where I left off..............and straight back into a challenge with this recent birthday card that I made! The challenge I've opted to try is for Inky Chicks, which is a first for me.........I'm a newby there! The theme this time is "Happy Birthday Girl", so kinda perfect timing!
I made this card for my little friend Molly at the farm. She loves horses and helps me out quite alot with my horse "Megan". So this digi stamp called Pony Love from Karen's Doodles was perfect!
The card itself is a 6x6 easel card. The papers are from one of my First Edition pads, the sentiment stamp is from LOTV and the paper flowers are from my WOC stash. I've also used some of my Cheery Lynn dies for the little butterflies and olive branches.
The mirri card numbers and horse shoes were just in my crafty stash and of course the digi stamp was coloured with my awesome promarkers!! I can't decide what I enjoy the most..........colouring an image or putting a card together!! But until I find out, I'm just gonna keep on having fun doing both! :-)
